my harvest
Isn't this pretty? I bought this as a seedling at the coop and is growing so nicely.
Loose Lettuce. Cut and use. I have already eaten many a salad with these cuties.
Thanks Beth. I don't like kale in my salad, too thick or something. But boy they do get so big don't they? I make kale for smoothies, kale chips and kale powder! When did you start yours?

I put my kale in a pot and it is HUGE! I need to pick some and chill it for a salad.
