fall goings on

Making pumpkin scone snacks.....

Great Grandma's that come visit and spend time with the kids and listen to their music playing....

This is a sign that boys live here....

I finally made a homemade apple pie. I did not make the crust though this time, but I cut up all the apples bought from a local orchard.

Girl version of pumpkin decorating.

We were blessed with many pumpkins this year and I am enjoying baking them and making my own pumpkin puree, but with frequent foot resting.

I just love your blog my sweet daughter! It is so much fun to look at all the neat pictures. I did leave a comment about Princess's "prairie" party. (But I fail to see it now) I wish I was there. In fact you all have so much fun at your house I want to move in!

Why MAGNANIMOUS?

Noah Webster's 1828 Dictionary of the American Language defines Magnanimity as such:
MAGNANIM'ITY, n. [L. magnanimitas; magnus, great, and animus, mind.] Greatness of mind; that elevation or dignity of soul, which encounters danger and trouble with tranquillity and firmness, which raises the possessor above revenge, and makes him delight in acts of benevolence, which makes him disdain injustice and meanness, and prompts him to sacrifice personal ease, interest and safety for the accomplishment of useful and noble objects.
