Mark 11 24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
Magnanimously homeschooling, worshiping, creating.......
Join us on a journey of faith, healing, learning to live with part of our hearts missing, and recovery, as our family rebuilds our lives, after our son's long battle with cancer....and his eventual rise on eagle's wings into Heaven...victory is his...he is serving the King!!!

bach's goldberg variations
This book is so cool. It was such a fun read aloud for the littles which included the story behind this song that was written by Bach. I found it to be quite interesting and I learned something new. It comes with a cd to listen to.
Have a great learning week!
That crazy bloogspot..look what it has done to my photo through no fault of my own..ugh.

countdown to a cure
7 to go!!
Only 225 more days until end of treatment!
We had a LONG day at clinic today but here we are back home and relaxing fully! B will be a litte icky for the next 3-5 days from the Vincristine. He will be getting a physical therapy evaluation as well for his feet. The chemo can have side effects on his feet and whole body. Keep praying for that protection of those cells.

flute for T
If you happen to know someone who has a student flute that they are currently not using, we
would be very interested. T is very interested in the flute and we are hoping to start Suzuki lessons with him. However, a flute to use as we first venture into it and see if it's for us would be most helpful. We will commit some time to it though in finding this out. Please feel free to offer any leads, helpful advice, etc...

Why MAGNANIMOUS?
Noah Webster's 1828 Dictionary of the American Language defines Magnanimity as such:
MAGNANIM'ITY, n. [L. magnanimitas; magnus, great, and animus, mind.] Greatness of mind; that elevation or dignity of soul, which encounters danger and trouble with tranquillity and firmness, which raises the possessor above revenge, and makes him delight in acts of benevolence, which makes him disdain injustice and meanness, and prompts him to sacrifice personal ease, interest and safety for the accomplishment of useful and noble objects.
